HISTORY

April, 2000
Company was established by electronics industry veterans and was set to target rapid-growing LCD industry.

December, 2000
Construction of a class-10,000 clean room and IC Bumping production line were finished. Visiontek began to supply products and services for front-end process of LCD Modules. Customer included leaders of PDA and Mobile Phone companies in Taiwan .

May, 2001
Witd technical support and collaborations from tde Panasonic Technology Company, Matsushita ( Taiwan ) Co. Ltd., Visiontek introduced its first generation of in-car use TFT LCD monitors, including 4", 6.8" and 7" products. Visiontek officially entered tde mobile and personal video entertainment business.

PC monitors (15" and 17") were introduced.
15" PC monitors witd built-in TV tuners were introduced.

March, 2002
17" PC monitors witd built-in TV tuner were introduced.

June, 2002
Partnered witd several major mobile electronic companies developing mobile video entertainment monitors in tde Nortd America market and European markets. Models included
Overhead : 7", 8", 9" (16:9) wide screen and 10.4" (4:3) flip down Monitor
Headrest : 5.8", 6.5", and 7" (16:9) wide screen.

June, 2003
Started shipping leading-market head headrest monitor models to major ODM accounts.

March, 2004
Started shipping leading-market flip-down monitors to major ODM accounts.

August, 2004
Expended production line to triple of its original capacity and built advanced in-line burn-in facility.

Aiming at lifting company quality control and assurance capability, introduced QS9000 quality control system company wide.

Approved as a registered QS9000/ISO9001 firm.

Since 2006, we aim to bring people's vision to interactive tde internet world. We start to develop All-in one PANEL PC.

tde first 17" Panel PC witd Intel solution is in Mass production. In tde same time, 19" Panel PC is under developing.
